Troubleshooting

I successfully signed in via NetBadge but I do not see events I created with the former version of 25Live and when I tried to create an event, I could not select an organization within the Event Wizard.
- Solution: Contact The 25Live Administrator so we can update your permissions on the new system.

I successfully signed in via NetBadge but my Homepage is basically blank. I only see the Home and Events Tab and when I click on the Events Tab, a message states "You have not selected any events to view"
- Solution: Contact The 25Live Administrator so we can update your permissions on the new system.

The information within my browser is not accurate or contains old data.
- Click the "Refresh" icon within the panel that is displaying old data.
- If that fails, press F5 or Refresh your browser window. IMPORTANT NOTE: This will clear all information from your current session--including unsaved information within the Event Wizard.
- If that fails, close all of your internet browser windows/tabs, and clear your browser cache

When I click the link (on my Home Page) for "Events in which you are the requestor", I do not see the number that I expected.
- Click the "Refresh" icon within the panel that is displaying old data.
- If that fails, those fields may be displaying current and future events. To see past events:
- Select the Events Tab
- Select Pre-Defined Event Searches
- Select Pre-Defined Groups
- Select Events You Have Requested
- Change the Date range to "All Dates"
- Click Run
